President of Republic appoints President and members of the Constitutional Council

Shahid Al-Hafed , August 11, 2023 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, issued a presidential decree in which he appointed the President and members of the Constitutional Council, according to a statement by the Presidency of the Republic.

“Based on the powers conferred upon him by the Constitution, especially Articles 59 and 139, Mr. Brahim Ghali, President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Front, issued a presidential decree, according to which the President and members of the Constitutional Council were appointed” said the statement.

They are as follows:

Mohamed Bouzid Mezine, President of the Constitutional Council

Abbih Salahi Babaha, member

Mamouni Abdullah Al-Daf, member

Mohamed Saleh Al-Bashir, member

Al-Mahfoud Mohamed Al-Salek, member

Al-Hassan Saad Bouh Sanad, member

Brahim Mohamed Ambarek, member.
